BodyWorks Therapy Equipment warrants it's portable massage tables (and included accessories), and pneumatic rolling stool to be free of defects in materials and craftsmanship for as long as you (the original purchaser) own the equipment, or five years after an item is discontinued. The foam and vinyl have a five year warranty. Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or normal wear, is not covered by warranty. This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement (at our discretion). Customer is responsible for returning item to BodyWorks for warranty service. All returns require prior authorization, contact BodyWorks for RA#, before returning. Repaired or replacement items (covered by warranty) will be returned at our expense. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including any duties and taxes. As an added benefit, BodyWorks will offer (any available) replacement part(s) needed to repair any damage caused by accident, or damage otherwise not covered by warranty, at the actual net cost (plus any shipping charges), with proof of original purchase.
